Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the leadership of the NA Retail and Grocery team, including the SVP leading the team and the four VPs leading its sub teams and reporting to the SVP. The SVP is based in Minneapolis and telecommutes, including frequent travel to San Francisco. The VPs are based in San Francisco, New York, Boston, and Toronto. Over time, this role may expand to cover other leaders in the NA Merchant team.
A proactive and can-do attitude is essential. We are looking for a team member who will play a key role in supporting our North America Merchant Sales & Solutions team. A strong candidate will have successfully supported several managers with varied job roles and collaborated with others to support team, departmental and office activities. The position is based in San Francisco, and reports to a Visa Senior Vice President.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of administrative experience, including current or recent role supporting executives in a comparable manner.
Additional Information
WORK HOURS This position requires the incumbent to be available during core business hours and beyond depending on business need.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position requires the incumbent to travel for work up to 10% of the time.
MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
