Job Description
The Systems Analyst is a go to role for technology team for product requirements, business analysis, system use cases and impact assessment due to changes in other VISA systems, for VISA’s global dispute management system known as Visa Resolve Online. Visa Resolve Online (VROL) is a web-based application that enforces the rules and workflow of disputes. VROL is a mandated service that is crucial to the Visa brand promise of providing secure and reliable payment services by ensuring that cardholders, merchants, and issuing/acquiring financial institutions have a clear dispute process and enabling technology, making resolution of disputed transactions fast and easy.
The Systems Analyst will be part of VROL analyst team responsible for managing requirements, working with business partners to define the scope of product enhancements, and translate those requirements into written detailed use case documentation and functional requirements specifications.
This position reports to a Director of Global Dispute Processing organization and is based in Foster City.

WORK HOURS This position requires the incumbent to be available during and beyond core business hours.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 5% of the time.
MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
