Job Description
The Global Sales Enablement and Analytics (GSEA) team builds tools and generate insights that help Account Executives within the seller ecosystem (merchants, acquirers, processors, payment facilitators, and other seller enablers) to sell more effectively. This internship is a unique opportunity to work with Visa’s vast amount of global data to provide insights that help our clients make better strategic decisions that benefit their business. You will get senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to work with client-facing team members across the globe.

To successfully sell to a client, an Account Executive needs to know what the client’s pain points are and how Visa’s solutions can help solve for those pain points. GSEA has built a dashboard leveraging VisaNet transactional data and other data sources called the Visa Portfolio Health Check to better assist our Account Executives identify those client pain points and dynamically recommend the most beneficial solutions.
GSEA works with Product and Sales to develop, test, and validate new models to quantify the benefits of these solutions sets for our clients. This ensures accurate value calculations are built into the recommendations, critical to maintaining the confidence of Account Executives in using these tools to engage clients and sell more effectively. This project also involves planning data requirements, writing SQL queries in DPI (Hadoop) for sourcing data, working with data engineers to automate data pipelines and refreshes using Tuber, and developing dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $53/HR US, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
