    Job Description

    The Digital Partnerships Enterprise and Platform Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing partnership opportunities for Enterprise ISV’s, Cloud Providers, Digital Commerce, Payment Enablers, and Fintech’s (new age payment technology providers, payment facilitators, gateways, accounting software & billers). The role requires an experienced sales and business development professional who can strategically uncover opportunities to sell Visa products and services by intimately understanding our partners’ needs and priorities. The Enterprise Digital Partner team works with strategic non-financial institutions to drive more value from Visa’s overall innovation agenda and collaborates with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, VCA, Risk, Finance, Client Services, and Legal to execute partnership agreements and deliverables that are typically highly complex, strategic and cross-functional in nature.

    Essential Functions:

    Account Management:

    • Deliver an exceptional experience with Visa for clients by understanding their needs, working across the Visa solutions stack, and acting as an internal advocate for the client
    • Create and execute account plans to grow partners’ businesses and Visa revenue
    • Collaborate with internal teams to match the right opportunities with each partner and ensure product and project implementations are on track and delivering against plan
    • Become intimately familiar with partner contracts to execute each relationship accordingly
    • Find solutions to partner issues that arise
    • Proactively identify and solve complex problems that impact the management, relationship and direction of the business

    Segment Expertise:

    • Support the Enterprise Digital Partnership Team develop segment strategy by pursuing relationships that increase Visa’s payment reach
    • Identify strategic opportunities for Visa capabilities through a strong understanding of the Enterprise ISV and Cloud segments
    • Serve as Enterprise Digital Partner segment SME for both internal and external forums and contribute to segment thought pieces and speaking engagements

    Data & Reporting:

    • Keep opportunities up to date in Microsoft Dynamics
    • Track key KPIs, such as PV and revenue
    • Use data and reporting to drive opportunities and prioritize demands.

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 7 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
    • Partnership, business development or sales experience
    • Enterprise Software, Cloud, Fintech and payments industry experience
    • Excellent client relationship management skills with demonstrated track record of managing partnerships through all stages and strategic selling
    • Teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
    • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
    • Experience managing up, building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations
    • Executive presence. Strong written and oral communication, including large- group presentations
    • A willingness and ability to be flexible and do what is needed across the team
    • Demonstrated ability to ramp-up quickly, manage multiple workstreams at the same time, and work with sense of urgency
    • Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way
    • Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
