The ability for a consumer to prove their identity is something we take for granted in the physical world. Authentication in the digital world presents a much more difficult challenge. This role will be responsible for helping to deliver on the overall product strategy and roadmap for our authentication and identity solutions, including FIDO and B2CIAM, and related efforts such as Visa Secure and Digital Authentication Framework (DAF).
Visa is actively seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our global Authentication & Identity team, with a focus on Identity Access Management (IAM). We manage an advanced platform that addresses business to consumer IAM, streamlining consumer login across diverse Visa applications. In the capacity of Product Manager, you will partner with various global product teams to enhance the platform to accommodate the range of their requirements and priorities. Additionally, you be responsible for expanding the platform to ensure uniform and effective cardholder verification as part of our long-term vision. This role will require leveraging advanced authentication technologies, such as FIDO2, to integrate biometric authentication solutions within payments.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 172,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
