Job Description
As part of the US Client Marketing team, the manager __ will be focused on developing, supporting and promoting financial education via Visa’s Financial Football (Soccer or American Football) interactive gaming tool tailored to the Community Client segment.
Community Client Marketing Services is a growing business within Visa and delivers value to clients through a range of services, from marketing advisory to campaign deployment, via close partnerships with our sales organizations (Account Executives (AE’s) and Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA).
The US Marketing Services Community team is focused on supporting our Community, Processor and GSP clients develop marketing support across the lifecycle of a client’s portfolio.
This manager must be able to thrive in a dynamic matrixed environment. The manager will be results-oriented, flexible, and have a “can do”, positive attitude. Additionally, the manager must have a consistent track record in working collaboratively with internal team members and external clients. The marketer should be detail oriented and thoughtful when preparing materials for clients. In addition, she/he should be qualified to communicate and sell directly with clients through conference calls, video conferences, or future in-person meetings as needed.
This is a unique role: the proper candidate will need problem solving expertise, excellent communication skills and executive presence, and a strong desire to drive improvement in how marketing drives the business. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 119,100.00 to 154,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
