    Job Description

    The Global Risk Strategic Execution Analyst is a highly visible role within the Visa Global Strategic Initiatives, Execution & Operations team. This role will help make the Visa Global Risk team more effective and productive by using a data-driven approach to develop commercialization frameworks that scale our most innovative Risk capabilities and partnering with the Risk Managers deliver these solutions to our clients globally. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a partner to our external facing teams and advise executives in the Global Risk organization on how to deliver client value and drive further differentiation in the payments market.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    ·       Support the development and scaling of new and innovative Risk capabilities across Visa’s global markets, including developing overall framework, delivery roadmap, market requirements, expected outcomes, etc.

    ·       Enable client-facing teams with the relevant market trends and changes in the competitive landscape, and share appropriate insights with the leadership team and re-assess overall strategic needs

    ·       Create impactful assets to help scale the team's reach across the larger organization and extend Visa’s thought leadership in the payments space

    ·       Design frameworks and tools that demonstrate the value of Visa Risk solutions to key external stakeholders, including merchants and issuers

    ·       Establish communication plan that ensures the larger organization is aware of key priorities, activities and results while providing the proper support to ensure goals are met

    ·       Create a feedback loop on the organization’s needs and develop plan to address them

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    BASIC:

    • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

    PREFERRED:

    ·       Bachelor’s degree from a top university in a business-related field (e.g. Business, finance, economics, marketing, or related areas).

    ·       2-3 years of experience in a top-tier strategic consulting firm or corporate strategy function

    ·       Experience with data analysis to drive business recommendations

    ·       Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships across different functions and organizations

    ·       Solid influencing skills and presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally is necessary

    Additional Information

    This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.

    This position requires the incumbent to be available during core business hours

    This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 0-10%  of the time.
