    Job Description

    Participate and contribute as an active member of the Product Development team to deliver advanced and emerging financial services products. Assist in the development of new DP&I products and product modifications by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and help create product concepts. Prepare documentation for product development processes, including product details, execution, and communication plans.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Students pursuing an MBA Degree with a graduation date between December 2024 and August 2025; Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Eager to learn and become a pro in bleeding edge technology such as DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and Web 3.0.
    • Have a “can do” attitude
    • Ability to create high-quality work on quick timelines.
    • Knowledge and passion about crypto / web3 and generative AI
    • Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications, and communications that demonstrate professional judgment.

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
