    Job Description

    Visa Transaction Controls is a team that combines expertise across multiple domains including modern, developer-friendly API design, digital issuance of payments credentials, card program management and tokenized digital card processing and payment industry mobile wallet dynamics. Your product focus will be new opportunity areas within the Issuing Solutions Digital Lifestyle suite of products – global support for Visa Transaction Controls and Alerts.

    You are confident driving product feature design and implementation in an agile development process.

    You will be testing assumptions, resolving uncertainties and ambiguities and expand product-market fit and drive growth in product adoption and usage. This process will include early prototyping and gathering continuous iterative feedback from prospective clients, stakeholders, and solution partners.

    You possess communication and collaboration skills needed to bring teams together for successful product ideation, launch and growth. You are curious and a problem solver, not afraid of tackling new domains or questions you don’t know the answers to yet.

    You are excited to work on APIs and services that could enable thousands of global financial institutions to bring more convenient, reliable payment services to hundreds of millions of people around the world.

    The position will be primarily based in Visa’s San Francisco office. This position will also contribute to related strategies with other product areas across Issuing Solutions and the wider Visa product set. This role offers the opportunity for occasional travel to engineering teams globally.

    Responsibilities included, but limited to:

    · Solicit feedback, cultivate insights, and perform analytics to influence product, technology strategy and direction, and product/user experience.

    · Assist with defining new product features and assist with prioritization, as market needs, and technology resources evolve.

    · Contribute, track and measure success against OKRs.

    · Work closely with technology architects and engineers to facilitate and guide the product software development process (through ideation to launch).

    · Work with operations and engineering teams to ensure customer value is achieved.

    · Partner with business and technology teams globally to launch and enable sales of new features.

    Basic Qualifications:

    · Must pursue a bachelors degree , graduating in December 2024 or later.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Comfortable with concept creation and presentation skills at all levels.

    · Basic understanding product management and agile-scrum frameworks.

    · Basic understanding of finance and payments ecosystem.

    · Curious problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset.

    · Experience with prioritizing the needs of customers and stakeholders.

    · Passionate about getting things done and shipping product.

    · Curiosity to become educated about global fintech and payment trends

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $21.00 to $26.00, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
