Job Description
THIS WILL BE A 4 MONTH ASSIGMENT.
This GoShare will help meet the objective of the group by supporting and pushing forward key strategic initiatives and objectives for the BPO group in FY19. While ensuring alignment with Global BPO initiatives.
GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LEAD THE LAC BUSINESS PLANNING AND OPERATIONS (BPO) TEAM DURING THE ONSET OF TRANSFORMATIONAL STRATEGIC INITIATIVES.
THE LAC BPO GROUP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RUNNING MULTIPLE REGION LEVEL PROGRAMS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING PLAYBOOK, SCORECARD, CLIENT METRICS, AND CAPABILITIES DEVELOPMENT FOR CLIENT-FACING TEAMS. CLOSELY COLLABORATING WITH LEADERSHIP TEAMS, CLIENT FACING AND SUPPORT FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE REGION AND ACROSS REGIONS WITH BPO COUNTERPARTS AND MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS. ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENABLING SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAMS IN ACHIEVING BUSINESS GOALS SET FINANCIAL INSTITUTION CLIENTS THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PLATFORMS, TOOLS, METHODOLOGIES AND KNOWLEDGE.
THIS GOSHARE WILL BE FOCUSED SPECIFICALLY ON THE IMPLEMENTATION AND INITIAL EXECUTION OF BUSINESS INSIGHTS AND TOOLS ENABLEMENT STRATEGY ACROSS THE REGION PROVIDING GREAT EXPOSURE TO LOCAL AND GLOBAL LEADERSHIP TEAMS.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manage the launch and development of LAC Business Insights roadmap
- Work with countries to align the required metrics to support the objective/results review process
- Initial implementation of Tool Strategy focused on the following:
o Increase adoption of Playbook across the region
o Playbook Communication and Governance model
o Playbook Master’s Program
- Maintenance of quarterly regional scorecard, investment metrics, country scorecard implementation (global version)
- Execution of Sales plan/priority product and roadmap implementation
- Annual Kick-Off Content Ownership
Gathering and Consolidate information for Monthly Executive Business Reviews
