    Job Description

    The North America SDR Manager is a driven, energetic, and intelligent leader that has the ability to recruit, inspire, and execute. This is a hybrid role that includes Sales Development team leadership as well as individual sales development execution. This is an essential component of the sales organization which focuses on qualifying inbound net-new prospects as well as outbound prospecting to establish legitimate opportunities on behalf of the account executive teams.

    Essential Duties:

    • Develop and execute SDR strategy for North America

    • Recruit, on-board, and enable new SDR team members

    • Meet (and exceed) a team and individual quota of contacts per day and deliver consistently against quota of monthly Created Leads and Qualified Sales Opportunities

    • Implement sales development methodologies and prospecting sprint process

    • Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings to provide guidance, leadership, enablement and encouragement towards achieving individual and team goals.

    • Contact, qualify and cultivate leads/relationships via phone, email and chat to activity build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities

    • Work together as a team with Account Executives and Partner Account Managers to identify top prospects, identify personas, and create messaging that effectively articulates the CyberSource value proposition to prospective customers

    • Work with Partner Account team to recruit, on-board, enable and co-sell with regional partners.

    • Keep CRM up to-date with lead activity and qualification notes

    • Adhere to lead qualification standards

    • Proactively provide closed-loop feedback and reporting on opportunities, programs, messaging and processes to ensure continuous optimization and improvement

    • Ability to close own deals

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Basic Qualifications:
    • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
    • Experienced leadership skills managing a team
    • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills, including strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
    • Comfortable speaking to customers regarding IT and enterprise solutions in the competitive landscape
    • Ability to explain technical product features at a high-level, highlighting value for the customer and benefits vs. competitors’ offerings
    • Comfortably lead and control conversations with new and existing customers.
    • Strong value based selling skills founded on business acumen and the ability to translate benefits into the partner’s business language to prove value
    • Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude
    • Superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast-paced environment
    • Detailed orientated, highly organized and efficient
    • Strategic thinker
    • 2 years experience in lead generation/sales development or sales position
    • Enterprise B2B selling experience

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 104,600.00 to 136,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
