The Operational Excellence Analyst will be a key member in Visa’s Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), which is responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across the many segments of Visa’s business. Broad topics may include, but are not limited to:
As an analyst, the individual will be a member of the Implementation and Change practice and will report to the Director, Implementation & Change (Operational Excellence). This person will be a critical player in ensuring the Implementation and Change team executes process improvements that result in operational efficiencies or productivity gains. This person will partner with process owners in the business to ensure changes have business impact and achieve long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on skills to engage with the business to implement LEAN methodologies and facilitate workshops. They must possess excellent communication skills and be well organized. They must be experts in business project management and be able to work cross functionally to implement process improvements across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities will include conducting Kaizen workshops, documenting business processes or Value Stream Mapping. determining where Visa can gain the most value through business process improvement and engaging with process owners to define new processes to realize efficiencies and productivity gains.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 88,200.00 to 112,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
