WE ARE HIRING SPANISH BILINGUAL COLLECTIONS AGENTS
This FULL-TIME position will pursue past-due accounts according to the Company’s Standard Operating procedures and government regulations in order to achieve delinquency objectives without sacrificing customer service standards.
Persuade delinquent customers to become current while using professionalism, tact and adhering to all applicable collection laws.
Achieves production goals and standards for servicing delinquent accounts without sacrificing quality of service.
Follows Client Operating Standards, State and Federal Legal requirements and regulations in regard to collections.
Accurately and thoroughly notate each account with efforts performed and results attained.
Process credit card and check cards by phone.

FRIDAY – 9:00AM – 6:00PM.ONE SATURDAY A MONTH, 8:00AM- 4:30PM.
MONDAY – THURSDAY, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. ONE LATE NIGHT A WEEK, 12:00PM - 9:00PM. LATE NIGHT WILL BE EITHER MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY.
FRIDAY – 9:00AM – 6:00PM.ONE SATURDAY A MONTH, 8:00AM- 4:30PM.
CALL CENTER COLLECTOR POSITIONS PAY: $12.00/HR.
SPANISH BILINGUAL CAN EARN AN ADDITIONAL $1.00/HR.
PLUS BONUS POTENTIAL BASED ON MONTHLY PERFORMANCE.
