  • Responsibilities

    The Project Manager will be part of the Information Services Group (ISG). They will partner with key internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets, Commercial Bank, TTS, Compliance and Risk) and be part of the ISG team to drive end-to-end delivery on a Front-to-Back strategy forCredit Risk service model with the focus on syndicated loans portfolio that fully supports, satisfies, and anticipates the reporting needs of thebusiness and our regulators. The right candidate will have an understanding of the strategic direction of the Credit Risk function within the ICG business. Excellent communication skills are required to influence a wide range of audiences. The job may involve both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the area managed, and possibly on related areas and organization as a whole. They will assist senior team members to develop and manage medium to long term plans in the loans/lending space and execute functional strategies for complex regional and country structures requiring coordination and integration across units. They will provide input into strategic decisions affecting the various function within a region or business. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
    • Owns creation, maintenance and tracking of project plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
    • Ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment.
    • Ensures change control is executed throughout project.
    • Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies
    • Measures project management performance against standards.
    • Establishes project communication needs and creates project communication plan.
    • Creates and manages the project risk management plan. Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
    • Applies disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues. Engages and
    • Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts.
    • Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
    • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
    • Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning.
    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Relevant experience in an IT project management role with commensurate SDLC and cross-functional delivery.
    • Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite (Power Point, Excel, Project, Visio), JIRA, Confluence
    • Experience in Data Analysis, Data Governance or Wholesale Lending domain preferred.

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
