YOUR DAY MAY INCLUDE:

-

 Originating first mortgage loans and equity products

-

 Pricing and disclosing rates and fees via required disclosures in compliance with Federal Regulations

-

 Providing accurate and timely communications with borrowers and other interested parties to the mortgage loan process

-

 Reviewing borrower needs and supplies solutions with Credit Union product offerings

-

 Ensuring the highest standard of quality service by meeting members expectations in regards to responsiveness, dependability and individual attention to mortgage needs

-

 Engaging in day-to-day activities of the Mortgage Origination Team

-

 Developing and executing Individual Marketing Plans to ensure sales goals are met

-

 Maintaining knowledge of mortgage loan competition and industry best practices

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

-

 Three years of mortgage loan origination experience, including familiarity with VA/FHA requirements

-

 High school graduate or equivalent, or greater

-

 Demonstrated success in a mortgage loan sales role

-

 Microsoft Office experience

-

 Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

-

 Ability to provide clear explanations of complicated mortgage information

-

 Ability to calculate ratios, interest rates, loan payments and percentages

-

 High level of initiative, self-motivation, excellent organizational skills and detail oriented

-

 Ability to work individually and as a team member

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

 College degree in Business

-

 Familiarity with processing and closing mortgage loans

 NMLS Mortgage Registration

-

 Experience in condos, jumbos, mobile homes and construction loans
