    Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) is an independent Enterprise function in Wells Fargo. It is a business unit within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.   Real Estate Valuation Services, provides accurate real estate valuation for commercial and residential properties originated and serviced throughout Wells Fargo. Real Estate Valuation Services also provides an efficient platform and process for valuing all real estate properties that is consistent and compliant with regulatory requirements and policies. 

    As the largest mortgage originator and servicer in the country, understanding the value of real estate, both commercial and residential, is critical.  Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) serves as an independent risk management function within the Chief Operating Office that:

    •Interprets appraisal regulation and sets Corporate Valuation Policy •Communicates with regulators on pending and proposed regulations •Assumes responsibility for ensuring that compliant valuation processes and practices are in place for all valuations across Wells Fargo •Leads the industry in real estate valuation processes and execution

    As a Valuation Analyst 3 within Valuation Fulfillment, Real Estate Valuation Services group, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to: 

    •Create and distribute various reports which may include daily, monthly and quarterly production reports.  •Assist with on-boarding of new reviewers; maintaining and distributing training materials; gathers and documents reviewer testing/training results.  •Work under limited supervision to analyze and solve complex operational, systems-related and/or customer issues. •Create and maintain databases and management reports, interpreting data and identifying trends for managers; works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing. •Manager vendor relationships, defining user requirements and performing user acceptance testing. •Responsible for assisting with day to day needs to support the QC Management Team. •Responsible for monitoring SOPs, ensuring updates and recertification’s are completed in a timely fashion and are current with system updates. •Responsible to taking meeting minutes, ensuring documentation is provided to all participants and may be required to assist with follow up and facilitating follow up meetings. •Maintains the QC Review Department’s BCP, contact lists, email distribution lists, and SharePoint Site as well as any other required department support shared drives and group mailboxes. •Approve expense reports, time off requests, maintain team calendars, schedule travel and other administrative responsibilities •Support pipeline management needs, monitor AutoQC and RBVR functionality research and escalate performance fluctuations to leadership when appropriate.  •Parter with REVS Support to obtain system access for the  Quality Control department for EVElyn and FNC CMS, •Manage the Change Control process and perform UAT testing in both application for the department.  •Partner with REVS Analytics to ensure department reporting needs are met •Create, code and maintain Indigo QC audit forms •Ensure department monitoring is completed and kept current.  •Research all QA3 findings, escalate identified patterns to QC leadership.  •Manage all software, hardware, expense, report, time off approvals/management team calendar maintenance, BCP, appraiser license monitoring functions, training adherence, work from home agreements / MAC and AU change needs for the department.  •Manage department recognition programs, facilitate meetings and order/distribute Wellsware as approved by leadership •Maintain and update all QC SharePoint sites and shared drives.  •Biannual review and certification of QC policies and procedures ensuring and system/process enhancements were captured when appropriate.  •Create FNC CMS products when directed for leadership escalated file reviews.  •Maintain current org charts for the department.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: operations, underwriting or valuation review demonstrated through work or military experience

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations on operational data
    • Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on critical operational data
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
    • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Good reporting skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of real estate valuations and titles
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
    • Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills

    OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with Indigo, Tableau, SharePoint, Concur, FNC Collateral Management system, technology savvy with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

    SALARY INFORMATION

    The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule. NC-CHARLOTTE: Min: $46,100 Mid: $64,000
