    Wells Fargo Capital Finance (WFCF) is one of the top lead arrangers of asset-based loans in the U.S. with a large and diversified portfolio of close to 2,400 customers and more than $33 billion in loans outstanding. WFCF offers traditional asset-based financing, specialized senior secured financing, accounts receivable financing, purchase order financing, and supply chain financing to a wide range of companies throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

    This position’s primary responsibilities will be supporting the Loan Sales and Syndications (“LSS”) team in Wells Fargo Capital Finance by developing and maintaining asset-based market analytics and pitch materials to help originate, structure and sell syndicated loans underwritten and arranged by WFCF. 

    • Market Knowledge.  Team member will develop a strong understanding of the ABL lender universe and competitive dynamics.  They will use internal and external sources to gather and analyze ABL market data.  He or she is expected to maintain a working knowledge of current events in the debt and equity markets, specifically focused on the loan and high yield markets.
    • Syndication Team Support.  Team member will be integral in developing and drafting pitch materials including market-based analysis, comparable analysis and syndication strategy.  Furthermore, he or she will work closely with the Head of Loan Sales & Syndications to summarize syndication activity for internal reporting and compliance purposes.
    • Problem Solving.  Team member will be proactive and will identify problems early.  He or she will determine accuracy and relevancy of information, and will analyze information effectively to generate and evaluate alternatives and appropriate solutions.  Will be results-oriented, going above and beyond to find and implement solutions.
    • Communication and Collaboration.  Team member will consistently communicate with all pertinent team members and will develop direct dialogue and rapport with internal partners.  This position will develop relationships with team members in WFCF and other Wells Fargo units which enhance Loan Sales & Syndications process efficiency and market knowledge. 
    • Personal Capability.  Team member will demonstrate strong character and is expected to be trusted by all members of the team.  This position requires a strong work ethic, sound credit skills, well-developed technical skills, and the ability to be detail oriented while also taking a holistic approach.
