The program provides career development and preparation through:

• Resume crafting tips and tricks
• Business unit breakdowns at Amex
• Amex Colleague experiences through an interactive discussion on the “Hidden Curriculum” with HBCU Alumni/Amex Colleagues

The hidden curriculum is a term used to describe norms, values, and beliefs that are not obvious or outwardly shared. The session will provide students with a better understanding of the expectations and important tools to be a successful intern or a colleague at Amex

This session serves to guide candidates through the Summer Internship application process, provide insight on our different business units and ask "need-to-know" questions from our colleagues.
