    About our Internship Program:

    The Summer Internship Program is a unique and challenging 10-week experience for diverse, talented, high-performing individuals interested in different aspects of the financial and technology industry. Contingent upon business needs, performance and completion of degree, our internship serves as a pipeline to our full-time early-career program EDGE.

    • A flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

    The impact you will have in this role :

    The Workplace Design and Services department is responsible for designing, building, and servicing our offices across North America, Asia, and Europe. We focus on creating workplaces that encourage our employees to be productive, collaborative, and effective in their jobs. In total, we manage 15 global sites.

    Over the past several years, as DTCC has expanded internationally, our real estate portfolio has grown to support our business needs. As a result, the Workplace Design and Services team has positioned itself as a strategic partner to help our businesses capitalize on growth opportunities, while helping ensure our cost structure remains competitive.

    Your Primary Responsibilities :

    • Assist the DTCC WDS team in various operation, maintenance, and facility improvement projects
    • Track site operational metrics, including energy consumption and operation/maintenance effectiveness
    • Coordinate and monitor project schedules, oversee deliveries and installation, help monitor construction activities, review construction documents and support team meetings of architect, engineers, contractors, internal design team and multi-departmental users
    • The intern will have exposure and input for facility improvement projects that enhance energy use efficiency, resulting in an overall reduction in DTCC’s Carbon Footprint

    NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.

    Selection and Program Timeline: (timing may vary)

    • August - October 2025: Applications open
    • October - December 2025: Interview and Selection process
    • January - May 2026: Early engagement and onboarding process
    • June 2026: Start of program

    Qualifications:

    • Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums: Architecture, Engineering or related field of study
    • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
    • Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Must demonstrate superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
    • Communications skills, including written, oral and presentation
    • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
    • Ability to read architectural and engineering building drawings
    • Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD program

    The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
