Responsibilities Participate in communication with internal teams, as well as external constituents within agencies and advertisers, to ensure the success of our campaigns Develop customized reports to track and optimize campaign performance Deliver analytics across multiple accounts under the leadership of senior analytics and account staff Manage project execution while being mentored on best practices Draw on expertise of functional experts to continually develop skills and capabilities Develop insights and insight presentations Maintain and own tagging for the client Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing Bachelors degree, preferably in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field Related graduate degree preferred Understanding of online marketing and web metrics Basic knowledge of tagging and online tracking Advanced knowledge and proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint Prior experience with relevant start-ups, DSPs, agencies, and trading desks preferred Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to interact with senior management and clients, understand corporate strategy, and present actionable findings Modeling and programming experience, SAS, Access, SQL Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau Knowledge of various measurement and campaign measurement technologies, including website traffic analytics software and ad serving platforms Experience in defining/designing/building/managing a data warehouse Xaxis is a global digital media platform that programmatically connects advertisers and publishers to audiences across all addressable channels.
