This internship does not offer the ability to convert to a full-time position.

The Audit team is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Nasdaq Agreements and policies. Over the past couple of years, we have started to build technology solutions to enhance the capabilities of the team, automate mundane tasks, and use technology to identify compliance issues.

We have two teams, one team is responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions, the second team is mainly developers building solutions for internal use, and to sell to external customers.

Interns in this role will use python to build programs to perform reconciliation activities, or build programs that automate the manual tasks that auditors perform on a daily basis. Depending on experience, interns could potentially build a program that will allow users to interact with our data and policies in a virtual way to enhance the sales process.

• Majoring in Computer Science
• Must be rising junior or senior student, currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
• Must have advanced Python coding experience
• Must have strong background in data structures, algorithms, and analysis of algorithm complexity
• Must demonstrate strong software design skills, including problem solving, coding and debugging
• Must possess excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
