Data Product Support Services works within the Global Data Product Management team to support U.S. Market Data Feeds and the Nasdaq Fund Network (NFN) which are used by customers around the globe.

The team consists of NFN Operations who publish the daily list, support customer applications and inquiries, and process mutual funds and other instruments registered with the NFN product. The team also consists of technical data product support representatives who interact directly with customers on inquiries about data specs, system issues and outages as needed.

In this role you will:

• Manage customer queries coming through the support mailboxes and/or the hotline phone
• Perform vendor data validation and outreach
• Update documentation and internal websites
• Summarize activities in tracking systems and generate reports

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications
• Technical or Data Science acumen
• Interest in financial industry and concepts
• Willingness to offer ideas and suggestions for improvements
