2020 Summer Internship - Employee Experience Intern - June 2021 Grads

  • Responsibilities

    The goal of this internship is to convert to a full-time position.

    The Employee Experience Team is responsible for three major areas that touch every aspect of employee life at Nasdaq: Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Leadership & Development, and Talent and Culture Design. Through our work, the Employee Experience team is changing the relationship between employees and work, helping implement the Nasdaq Culture Values and developing leaders who exhibit those values in their day to day work.

    In this role you will:

    • Work on various fixed term and long term projects
    • Review the Company Employee Engagement Survey for trends and notable feedback
    • Create tools for the communication of and training on the Nasdaq Culture Values, working on various Diversity initiatives and reports and participating in planning, scheduling and arranging of training for the global employee population
    • Study the resulting trends and data from training, diversity reports and Culture initiatives
