This position is part of Nasdaq business control finance team. This team is responsible for supporting North America Market Services when it comes to monthly Actual and forecast cycle as well as annual budgeting process. In addition, business control team supports management team with any ad-hoc reporting and analysis on new initiatives, client trends and market drivers.*

• Work on and lead a number of process improvement initiatives
• Bring visibility by developing reports that reflect all expenses allocated from and to North America Market Services
• Validate accuracy of expense allocations from and to North America Market Services
• Maintain updating process and accuracy of information on our internal dashboard. Apply reconciliation against data sources, investigate and resolve any variances
• Creates and consolidates financial reports to senior managers on ad-hoc basis with a consultative, informative approach

• Bachelor degree Finance/Accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, Pivot Tables, Macros) to be able to build financial model & ad-hoc analysis on big data sets
• Prefer to have a working knowledge of WorkDay Financials or Hyperion (Essbase/Smartview)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills applied in a fast paced global working environment
• Well organized and able to complete multiple projects at once
• Highly motivated with evidence of intellectual curiosity and creativity
• Ability to respond productively to a heavy workload and tight deadlines
• Demonstrated high level knowledge of financial reporting processes & systems
