    Global rewards at Nasdaq is responsible for curating a portfolio of rewards programs that support and motivate our employees such as base salary, bonus, equity, healthcare, and retirement.

    In this role you will:

    • Perform analyses for rewards and assist in doing benchmarking and communicating our rewards to the employees
    • Do research on market-relevant programs and synthesize the results of the research
    • Run compensation analyses and benchmarks
    • Help edit and revamp our website, so our reward programs are more easily understood by employees
