    The Nasdaq Futures Internship Program provides successful candidates with a unique opportunity to experience a challenging and immersive 10-week internship. As participants in the Nasdaq Futures Internship Program, you will deliver real, impactful work within a business unit. You will work on a defined project and partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues and present your project at the end of the program. You will also participate in learning & development opportunities as well as “lunch and learn” sessions with senior leaders.

    This Nasdaq Internship runs for 10 weeks commencing from June to August.

    Objectives of this Role

    Our Team

    The Broadcast department at Nasdaq supports a variety of in studio productions. The team interacts with internal clients like our Social Media team and events team with a variety of production scenarios. The team also interacts with the onsite financial reporters for most major networks.

    Project Overview

    The intern will be exposed to all studio productions at MarketSite. They will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with the latest technology, hardware, and software. Each day will be a new challenge and growth opportunity during this internship.

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    Your Role

    Support all aspects of day to day operations within a broadcast control room environment. These functions include but are not limited to all financial network productions, web portal productions, internal or external client productions, supporting all internal Bell ceremonies.

  • Qualifications

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Is working on completing a degree in Marketing or Communications, or related fields (preferably graduating in 2022 or 2023)
    • Able to work in a fast paced control room and broadcast studio sometimes under extreme production pressures

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Has knowledge in camera robotics, ENG camera abilities, audio mixing, and technical direction
    • Experience in interfacing with internal and external clients in a professional manner
