    Job Description

    The Nasdaq Futures Internship Program provides successful candidates with a unique opportunity to experience a challenging and immersive 10-week internship. As participants in the Nasdaq Futures Internship Program, you will deliver real, impactful work within a business unit. You will work on a defined project and partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues, and present your project at the end of the program. You will also participate in learning & development opportunities as well as “lunch and learn” sessions with senior leaders.

    This Nasdaq Internship runs for 10 weeks commencing from June to August. Upon completion of this internship, outstanding interns will be evaluated for full-time opportunities with NASDAQ post-graduation.

    Project Overview

    Work with the product development team to document and build the user manual and workflow process used by customers. Understand and document customer interactions and dependencies within the process flow.

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    Your Role

    A typical day would involve the following activities:

    • Meetings with the team regarding projects and tasks
    • Work with internal stakeholders on projects
    • Research various topics to help further understanding of how products interact with customers
    • Collaborate with team members and customers to find and develop solutions to systems and/or process challenges
    • Share new ideas and perspectives on initiatives to further the understanding of the product team
  • Qualifications

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Is working on completing a degree in Business, or Finance, or Economics, or related fields (must be graduating in 2022)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Must be proficient in effective writing
    • Has a general understanding of Python is preferred
    • Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word
