    The Nasdaq Futures Internship Program provides successful candidates with a unique opportunity to experience a challenging and immersive 10-week internship. As participants in the Nasdaq Futures Internship Program, you will deliver real, impactful work within a business unit. You will work on a defined project and partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues, and present your project at the end of the program. You will also participate in learning & development opportunities as well as “lunch and learn” sessions with senior leaders.

    This Nasdaq Internship runs for 10 weeks commencing from June to August. Upon completion of this internship, outstanding interns will be evaluated for full-time opportunities with NASDAQ post-graduation.

    The Inside Sales Desk Intern will receive sales coaching and instruction while working in a hands-on environment that will test and develop your skills. Nasdaq will provide a strong foundation to arm you with the core fundamentals necessary to become our next generation of top sales performers. You’ll spend time with an energetic and lively group of colleagues while learning from a management team deeply vested in helping you succeed. We will be building on the strong momentum of the over $1.85 Trillion in global market capitalization that has already transferred to Nasdaq in recent years.

    Project Overview

    • Salesforce contact database management
    • Territory opportunity assessment (Board contact review, monitoring news, and role changes)
    • Assistance with ISD meeting outreach and research
    • Meeting prep research

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    Your Role

    • Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives and the Inside Sales Assoc. to identify key areas of opportunities in the market
    • Manage and update our contacts database while prospecting through confirmation on corporate websites as well as other external sources
    • Manage prospect list for each region
    • Maintain campaign lists and ensure outbound activity to prospects across multiple campaigns
    • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive advantages a Nasdaq listing provides.
    • Assist in background information and meeting preparations
    • Proactively take on new initiatives and exhibit a curiosity for learning
  • Qualifications
    • Is working on completing a degree in Business or Finance or Economics (must be graduating by June 2022)
    • Has strong people and interpersonal skills
    • Has experience with Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
    • Has experience in Salesforce and Excel database management and research through confirmation on corporate websites as well as other external sources
