  • Responsibilities

    The Nasdaq Futures Internship Program provides successful candidates with a unique opportunity to experience a challenging and immersive 10-week internship. As participants in the Nasdaq Futures Internship Program, you will deliver real, impactful work within a business unit. You will work on a defined project and partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues and present your project at the end of the program. You will also participate in learning & development opportunities as well as “lunch and learn” sessions with senior leaders.

    This Nasdaq Internship runs for 10 weeks commencing from June to August. Upon completion of this internship, outstanding interns will be evaluated for full-time opportunities with NASDAQ post-graduation.

    Our Team

    Nasdaq's Market Technology business unit is the part of the company that licenses exchange technology to 100+ marketplace operators around the world. New Markets sits within Market Technology and focuses on commercializing that same technology in industries beyond the traditional capital markets. New Markets is arguably the most innovative, fast-growing part of the company.

    Project Overview

    The intern will help us to research new industries and interesting companies within those industries that may benefit from the technology that Nasdaq uses to power marketplaces. The intern will also help us to track our efforts to introduce those companies to our capabilities through digital marketing and other business development efforts.

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    Your Role

    The intern will support industry research, pre-sales, Salesforce maintenance, and business development activities.

  • Qualifications
    • Is working on completing a degree in Business, or Finance, or Information Technology, or Mathematics (must be graduating by June 2022)
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong research capabilities
    • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
    • Ability to work independently
