Job Description

The Nasdaq Futures Internship Program provides successful candidates with a unique opportunity to experience a challenging and immersive 10-week internship. As participants in the Nasdaq Futures Internship Program, you will deliver real, impactful work within a business unit. You will work on a defined project and partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues, and present your project at the end of the program. You will also participate in learning & development opportunities as well as “lunch and learn” sessions with senior leaders.

This Nasdaq Internship runs for 10 weeks commencing from June to August.

Objectives of this Role

Our Team

This position will support the Cash Management and Front Office team in the corporate Treasury department.

Project Overview

• Implementation of a Bank Account Management system
• Assist with Cash Management & Front Office Power BI dashboards
• Assist with CM & Front office RPA initiatives
• Executing Daily CM & Front Office tasks

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Your Role

To perform basic, routine responsibilities around the administration of cash management and Investment related issues such as Bank Resolutions, power of attorneys, SOX-controls, Internal Audit fulfillment, counterparty standing instructions, and signors verification, TMS & ERP updates, PowerPoint presentations, Projects, and other ad hoc responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Is working on completing a degree in Business, or Finance, or Accounting, or related fields (preferably graduating in 2022 or 2023)
• Has good interpersonal skills and is great with numbers

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Including Excel and PowerPoint)
