Job Description
The Nasdaq Futures Internship Program provides successful candidates with a unique opportunity to experience a challenging and immersive 10-week internship. As participants in the Nasdaq Futures Internship Program, you will deliver real, impactful work within a business unit. You will work on a defined project and partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues, and present your project at the end of the program. You will also participate in learning & development opportunities as well as “lunch and learn” sessions with senior leaders.
This Nasdaq Internship runs for 10 weeks commencing from June to August. Upon completion of this internship, outstanding interns will be evaluated for full-time opportunities with NASDAQ post-graduation.

Our Team
Nasdaq serves as the UTP (Unlisted Trading Privilege) Plan Administrator for UTP Plan Level 1 stock market data, which is the single source of consolidated market data for Nasdaq-listed securities. Over fifteen UTP Plan participant exchanges and associations govern this collection, consolidation, and dissemination of quotation and transaction information, determine policy matters, and oversee system operations.
Project Overview
Generally, interns will assist with a major compliance project that involves interfacing with internal and/or external customers. The project usually requires the intern to enter data into the billing system and track the submission of signed documents. Past projects have included the following:

Your Role
Interns directly assist in the day-to-day operations of the UTP Plan to ensure compliance with UTP policies including the onboarding and application process, the usage reporting, and billing processes. The work involves contact clients to collect delinquent reporting and payments, preparing and entering Data feed and billing information, working with clients to collect detailed reporting, responding to client inquiries on billing, data approval, and product related questions, working with data feed providers to prevent unauthorized distribution of UTP Plan data and performing ad-hoc financial and data analysis.
