  • Responsibilities

    Nasdaq’s Corporate Finance defines financial analysis procedures, management, and reporting, and serves as the primary liaison between the business, operations, and finance.

    Role Description

    • The intern will support in creating software functionality for parsing various datasets, populating/retrieving from databases, following a specification to create software automation, and creating web tools that can be used by the audit team for running some common audit test scenarios.

    Example Project (subject to change)

    • Automation of common audit tests and use of data analytics to correlate data.
    • Development of web reports from scratch.
  • Qualifications

    Required Skills/Languages

    • Comfortable using databases and scripting languages.
    • Proficiency in coding is mandatory for this position.

    Preferred Skills/Languages

    • Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other related educational background
    • Experience in relational database, preferred
    • Proficient in web technologies
    • XML, scripting languages (regex), UNIX user level knowledge, preferred
