    The Global Human Resources Department (People@Nasdaq) is responsible for providing a wide range of employee-related products and services which support the strategic goals of the organization, as well as employee satisfaction and effectiveness.

    As Nasdaq pivots into its next evolution of growth and change, the People@Nasdaq team is looking at how we support Nasdaq’s talent needs for the future. We are reimagining the role of Human Resources by running the People team in a way that creates talent solutions to enable Nasdaq to realize the potential of tomorrow. We put People first and ensure every one of us has the information, inspiration, and support we need to be outstandingly successful.

    Role Description

    • Develops an understanding of the People@Nasdaq benefits department
    • Assists the benefits team in initiatives, projects, and events
    • Learns about policies, practices, benefits, and employee perks at Nasdaq

    Example Projects (subject to change)

    • Assists in creating benefit booklets and summaries for each country where Nasdaq has an office
    • Evaluates and researches non-US Benefits for consistency: Maternity, PTO, wellness activities, and financial offerings
    • Researches and assists vendors for new benefit evaluation and redesign to increase value and reduce cost
    • Researches the implementation of Gympass globally
    • Provides overall support to the People@Nasdaq department
