  • Responsibilities

    Nasdaq’s Corporate Services business group manages our listings business as well as our corporate solutions function. Not only is Nasdaq the listing venue of choice for the world’s most exciting entrepreneurial companies, but we also provide Investor Relations solutions to public and private companies, as well as the expert guidance they need to effectively manage their stakeholders and master the two-way flow of information.

    Role Description

    • Supports the Corporate Services' strategy group as we drive organic and inorganic growth across our Listings, Investor Relations, and Board businesses.

    Example Project/s (subject to change)

    • Supports the development of the 2019 strategic business unit update delivered to the Board of Directors.
    • Analysis of inorganic growth opportunities amongst the businesses in Corporate Services.

  • Qualifications

    Required Skills/Languages

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledgeable in Capital Markets
    • Excellent MS PowerPoint skills
