    PURPOSE STATEMENT

    Rich Products is looking to hire an Analytics Intern for Winter-Spring 2022. Candidate must be pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or similar discipline.

    Works closely with the Demand Creation program business leads and resources, data governance leaders, project/program managers, and other IS teams to turn data into insights that can drive business outcomes. Drives findings using experimental and iterative approach and presents back findings to the business including assumptions and recommended actions in a way that can be easily understood.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

    • Support Demand Creation efforts through analytics and master data management.
    • Assist with various reporting & analysis to support sales and marketing efforts.
    • Works with internal and external resources to solve analytics problems and communicate results and methodologies.
    • Extract and prepare data for analytic projects.
    • Generate business intelligence/data visualization reporting.
    • Assists with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
    • Works closely with team to build machine learning predictive models using structured and unstructured data.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    • Must be pursuing a college degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science or similar discipline.
    • Data interpretation and insights analysis
    • Strong programming and statistical modeling skills
    • Quantitative and qualitative research techniques
    • Critical thinking
    • Able to work individually and be part of a team
    • Thrive in a fast-paced and often-changing environment
    • Strong Excel, statistical and spreadsheet analysis skills
    • Strong communication (written & verbal) skills.
