PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Assistant Marketing Manager will support in driving consumer brand awareness in and out of store for f'real. This position manages the testing, deploying and updating of digital content across our fleet of 20,000+ connected assets. The AMM will further engage with consumers by serving as the community manager of our owned social media platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute on the screen content and community management strategies, collaborating with consumer marketing, engineering, sales, international regions and our outside technical partners. This person will also work as a team member on various cross-functional projects related to content delivery and consumer marketing tactics.
THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY BUT WILL REQUIRE UP TO 10% TRAVEL
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Assist in developing and implementing an efficient execution plan for custom content and custom functionality for over 20,000 global blender assets
Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Support, Sales and outside vendors, like EiC on digital content requests (DCR's), timely and successful testing, deployment of content and solving of problems for various forms of digital content (videos, static images, interactive screens, etc.)
Act as the resident expert on Remote Gateway and further own the editing, compilation, managing, deployment and troubleshooting of digital playlists
Assist in tracking and managing data usage and associated costs with connected assets
Use internal case-management system to consistently and accurately document statuses and other details of requests such as due-dates, asset lists, content files, etc.
Community Management
Execute a content marketing plan and editorial calendar for owned social media channels
Partner with the creative team to develop and publish engaging and shareable social content
Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers
Respond to consumer inquiries and comments on social platforms in a timely manner
Build relationships with the online community
Monitor and provide feedback on engagement / conversation via social media channels to leadership
Marketing Management
Partnering with Customer Marketing, Sales, & Category Business Unit Leadership
Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategy, marketing plans and programs that produce targeted results within budget.
Develop plans and collaborate with the Customer/Segment Marketing for assigned categories in order to meet sales and margin targets.
Financial Management
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required (MBA preferred) with 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
Experience with social community management
Experience with digital signage management preferred
Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
Critical thinking, ability to prioritize effectively and strong analytical skills are essential
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and manage time to meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and follow through is a must
Ability to solve problems and make good, accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and oral communications skills
Strong MS Office skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
