PURPOSE STATEMENT

In this role, you will provide financial support to the Division, including planning, analysis, evaluation, measurement and reporting of the business and economic factors impacting its growth, profitability, and supporting new product development.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Division Business Partner:

• Provide basic Financial support

• Provide general accounting support

• Expense account maintenance

• Build effective working relationships

• Provide timely, informative, proactive and in-depth analysis and insight to support the Division

• Assist in measuring against Key Performance Indicators

Customer and Product Code Profitability Analysis:

• Work in Oracle system environment

Other Responsibilities:

• Product Category financial support

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting, or related field

• Modeling background - Financial, Cost, Capacity, Business Model

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment; ability to be flexible

• Strong collaboration skills

• Ability and experience on how to organize and prioritize work

• Solid verbal and written communication skills to include presentation skills

• Nimbleness and ability to learn new software systems and programs

• Proficiency in MS office software is required; strong Excel skills
