    PURPOSE STATEMENT

    The Contract Management Coordinator administers the operation of the Contract Management System ("Onit"). The Contract Management Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Onit software platform and training all business users. Additionally, the Contract Management Coordinator coordinates execution of contracts and legal documents. This role will be in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and can be at-home on Mondays and Fridays.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

    • Acts as liaison between internal clients and attorneys on all legal documents.

    • Manages contract lifecycle: entry into Onit; attorney review; contract execution; entry into contract repository.

    • Manages milestone reminders and contract renewals.

    • Searches for documents in Onit.

    • Works directly with Onit company for maintenance, repairs and updates of software.

    • Supports additional company projects related to contracts (for example with Finance and Procurement) at various times of the year as needed.

    • Evaluate Legal IS software on the market as available.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    • Familiarity with the structure of legal documents, legal language and the process of preparing documents for signature.

    • Proficiency in Word, Adobe, Excel and Outlook.

    • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality and flexibility.
