    PURPOSE STATEMENT

    As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our people initiatives, drive for HR functional excellence and seek for process improvement. You must be proactive, integrate Rich's values/goals to motivate oneself and others. And have a Passion for excellence and desire to contribute to the growth of the company.     KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

    ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES (70%)

    • Organize and prepare complex documents and associate letters

    • Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.

    • Develop and maintain efficient reporting, maintain recordkeeping, and keeping accurate up to date information

    • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects

    • HR administration for internships, terminations, and changes in status

    • Oversee new hire preparations and set-up, inclusive of orientation.

    • Maintain team calendar and support the facilitation of team meetings.

    • Coordinate travel and accommodations, as required

    CLIENTS - CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT (15%)

    • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.

    • Assist managers and associates with routine, day-to-day HR related questions, needs and inquires.

    • Guide our teams to the right resources to ensure a quality and timely solution

    HR DATA ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS (15%)

    • Tell a story by delivering complex analyses of HR data

    • Identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improve business performance.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • Prior experience in, or passion for, Human Resources functions

    • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously

    • Experience working with and analyzing data

    • Extremely well organized and structured

    • Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of internal and external colleagues

    • Excellent mastering of all administrative and digital tools, including essential software, such as: Microsoft Office Suite

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
