PURPOSE STATEMENT

As an Human Resource Representative, you will assist associates with payroll realted questions and concerns. This role will work in a fast paced, high volume, work environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

• Act as liaison to Associates with regard to payroll inquiries
• Answers calls, listens to requests, retrieves information, relays responses to the Associate using the available technology and performs all administrative tasks associated with completion. Conducts Associate call-backs as necessary.
• Maintains accurate record of transactions in Zendesk database.
• Executes the appropriate problem resolution
• Provide quality customer service using established guidelines and tools
• Prepares reports as requested, provides feedback and input from calls, and composes procedures and answers to FAQs
• Processes invoices and funding requests timely and accurately.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and partner with vendors until resolution
• Identifies, understands and escalates problems as they arise, seeking support as necessary
• Ensures regulatory compliance
• Assist with HR projects when required

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in general HR or customer service within a coporate setting
• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Payroll/Accounting experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and multi-task, as well as to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel) required
• Self-starter with proven time management skills and ability to prioritize in a high volume position
