    PURPOSE STATEMENT

    This is an exciting opportunity for a student who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-driven!

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

    Primary responsibilities of a Business AnalyticsIntern:

    • Execute pricing deals and forms with various districts and schools
    • Reporting monthly performance and support for commodity audit
    • Update product information for new school year
    • Entry of school district orders and inventory forms for various states
    • Support Commodity Bid Analyst with allocations for upcoming school year
    • Maintain data records for sales channels and broker assignments
    • Support state specific orders
    • Assist in product transfers between schools
    • Complete rebates
    • Pull data related to product specs and formulation for bids
  • Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, working towards earning a Bachelor's or Master's degree (concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field)
    • 3.0 GPA or higher
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Functional competencies to include strong financial & interpersonal skills, self-starter
