    PURPOSE STATEMENT

    The Procurement Intern will support our Procure to Pay transition team in a fast paced, virtual environment. Flexible scheduling is available for this role.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

    • Contact suppliers and facilitate required trainings and assistance for the P2P platform
    • Track supplier enablement status as it relates to the P2P platform
    • Test/troubleshoot supplier catalogs and contact suppliers with any issues
    • Create training guides and documentation
    • Participate in team meetings
    • Create analytics as needed to support policy decisions
    • Work with the Customer Master team to gather key learnings in order to clean up vendor master data
    • Work with IS to maintain and standardize vendor master data

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    • Graduate or Undergraduate student pursuing Business, Supply Chain Management or similar degree
    • Strong Excel, statistical and spreadsheet analysis skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communication (written & verbal) skills
    • Technical savvy and resourcefulness are a must
    • Independent worker
    • Ability to work successfully in a virtual environment
