    PURPOSE STATEMENT

    Provides marketing coordination and support services to the Consumer Brands Marketing team across administrative and governance initiatives.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

    MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support of low complexity speed to market projects across all Consumer Brands categories

    • Ordering and inventory management of branded marketing materials and swag items

    • Management and coordination of shipping requests including samples (existing product and new product innovation), packaging flats, and other materials needed for the Sales, Broker, and Agency teams.

    • Manage and coordinate monthly cuttings for all categories including competitive reviews, quality cuttings, and new products.

    • Partners with the R&D team to manage inventory stored in the marketing freezer and provide quarterly updates on sample availability

    • Coupon ordering and management of coupons and shipment needs to the sales team

    • Assist with Digital Asset Management by updating and maintaining asset databases and processing new item submissions for Nielsen.

    • Quarterly audit of Sales Product Resource Website to ensure all product information is up to date

    • Manage and update CBD Price List and distribute when changes are made

    • Manage and distribute marketing bulletins

    • Assess current market landscape through club audits, social media audits, and other analyses

    • Assist in communication of campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions on use of promotion.

    • Govern the Consumer Brands Internal Business Review Process for Risk and Opportunity assessment, PowerPoint development, deadlines, and meeting facilitation.

    GENERAL ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provides administrative support to Vice President and Directors of marketing (calendar management, travel, expense reports, meeting coordination, office supplies, org charts)

    • Manages Team Contact Lists, SharePoint Sites

    • Assists with onboarding of new associates

    • Takes on various projects and process improvements as required

    • Provides back-up support to all CBD marketers, as needed

    • Supports ad-hoc marketing requests from CBD Marketing team members for presentations, meeting coordination, travel planning

    • Planning and coordination of all Marketing Team events including, but not limited to: team building, customer meeting needs (off and on site), and other cross-functional meetings and events that require marketing support.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field with 1-3 years of general business experience preferably in a marketing or sales office or equivalent internship experience.

    • Expert knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.

    • Knowledge of digital content creation, management and tools preferred.

    • Demonstrated ability in being a fast learner and adapting to change. Ability to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques as they are constantly introduced in this environment.

    • Experience in handling multiple assignments concurrently, possessing excellent organizational and time management skills, and being able to function in a fast-paced environment.

    • Ability being proactive with ability to anticipate, initiate, and prioritize.

    • The ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority is required.

    • Demonstrated ability working with a variety of levels of management

    • Polished executive presence including excellent written and verbal communication skills and punctuality.

    • Travel may be up to 5-10%

    • Flexible working schedule, but expectations of being physically in the office 50% of the week.
