2023 Technical Development Program (TDP), Software Engineering (Full-Time)
RBI has developed a Software Engineering Technical Development Program (TDP) starting in September 2023 with rotations that are specific to RBI’s Technical function areas. At RBI, we recognize that our guests no longer make food decisions solely in the quality of our food, but rather the entire experience surrounding the meal. This experience is becoming increasingly digital.
Those accepted into the Software Engineering Technical Development Program (TDP) will have a say in the direction of the company’s growth as well as early exposure to leadership responsibility. At RBI, you must have a yearning for learning and cutting-edge technological advances.
Learn what it’s like to work for a global company with a startup culture and the backing of $35 Billion in system-wide sales to build the most loved brands in the world through technology.
The Program
Onboarding
During Onboarding, you’ll be immersed in the RBI culture and will have the chance to meet members from our leadership team in our Miami Office. You’ll also receive a mentor during this period to help guide you throughout your journey with RBI!
Training
Next, you’ll spend a few weeks meeting the rest of your incoming class and going through technical onboarding and guest experience training.
Rotations
After that, you’ll complete two rotations in different Technical teams at our Miami office. You will get to rank your preferences for the area in which you would like to explore. Throughout this period, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about different functions, network with various employees, and continue to hear from leadership during program milestones.
