Responsibilities
Functional Description:
The Licensing Intern will support the Global Licensing team in the development and execution of licensing strategies across PepsiCo's iconic food and beverage brands. This role provides exposure to brand partnerships, consumer products, retail programs, and licensing operations. The successful candidate will help identify market opportunities, support partner relationships, conduct competitive and category research, and contribute to projects that strengthen brand equity and drive business growth.
Working closely with cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Design, Legal, Finance, Category, and Commercial teams-the Licensing Intern will assist in evaluating new licensing opportunities, managing project timelines, tracking partner deliverables, and supporting product approval processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, business-minded, proactive, and passionate about consumer brands, innovation, and strategic partnerships.

The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2027 campus intern openings is $21.09 - $34.00 hourly.
