Business Analyst – Digital Content Management, Retail Operations
We are looking for someone passionate about managing and publishing operational content for our retail employees. As the amount of information available to employees continues to increase, effective content management is paramount to business success. We need someone who will think critically and make data-based decisions about content relationships, metadata, re-usability and what information our field partners need for success. Curiosity and a desire to problem-solve technical and business process problems are also a must in this hybrid role!
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Experience managing multiple content types (3 years)
Experience managing SharePoint (document management, content organization, permissions) (3 years)
Systems design, testing and implementation (3 years)
Experience managing multiple deliverables and timelines (3 years)
Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders (3 years)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Working knowledge of HTML/XML and content management systems
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
· Ability to convey technical information in an accessible and understandable manner
· Comfortable with changing priorities based on shifting business needs
· Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Administrative and organizational skills
· Knowledge of business requirements management
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Ability to read French
· Copy editing
· Advanced skill in Excel
· Customer Service
