As a construction rep within Corporate Facilities, you will provide construction support to ensure new and renovated workspaces are completed and all financial processes are followed in accordance with Starbucks and Corporate Facilities requirements.
AS A CONSTRUCTION REP, YOU WILL:
Support corporate facility development and operations.
Collects vendor quotes and processes invoices and purchase orders. Supports the placement and tracking of orders.
Communicates and distributes project related information to vendors and internal partners.
Generates general contractor paperwork. Compiles and assembles the general contractor contract package. Tracks, generates and ensures general contractor payments.
Resolves problems with back orders, items not received, defective and damaged goods.
Coordinates and resolves shipping issues within internal and external transportation departments.
Receives and processes invoices through Accounts Payable.
Supports vendor onboarding and security processing.
Provides support for meetings, training, seminars and activities for department
Serves as a point of contact for departmental inquiries and responds or escalates as appropriate Assists with on boarding of new partners
Performs administrative tasks or projects such as tracking budgets, invoice coding, tracking travel expenses, generating reports and identifying variances, updating databases, etc
