  • Responsibilities
    • Be part of a collaborative customer experience team
    • Use email, phone, and social media support to rapidly resolve customer issues, exceed expectations, and deliver outstanding customer support.
    • Use technical ability to master our internal admin systems, manage customer accounts and troubleshoot bugs.
    • Think creatively and passionately about ways in which we can make every customer interaction as meaningful and productive as possible.
    • Help share customer insights and feedback to all areas of the business including operations, marketing, and product teams.

    • A quick and creative problem-solving mind.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to changing software.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills (you can write and speak with an open, welcoming tone, and with proper grammar).
    • Experience chatting with people (retail, teaching, stand-up comedy, etc).
    • Evening and Weekend availability required.
    • Strong Excel skills.
