As a Starbucks Data Analyst, you will support the marketing organization in their efforts to delight our customers by providing them with the right communication at the right time. You will leverage your analytical chops to support the further development of our Starbucks Rewards program, which includes engaging games, challenges, and other surprises. 

LEVERAGING YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, WE WILL ENABLE YOU TO:

• Prepare data for further analysis
• Collaborate with decision scientists and business partners to define business questions and translate unstructured strategic questions into a structured analysis plan
• Analyze and explore data via a variety of statistical and descriptive techniques to generate actionable insights and share those insights back with business partners
• Create dashboards that surface impactful KPIs to business users and empower them to make day-to-day data-driven decisions

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WITH:

•Demonstrated experience with SQL, PowerPoint

•Strong experience preparing data (joining, cleaning, etc.)

•Interest in learning Python and R

•Business experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) 

•Retail, customer loyalty, marketing or eCommerce experience preferred
