We're looking for students who want to kick off their careers- learn all about the food and beverage industry- and experience a rotational program that friends- family- and classmates won't stop talking about. As a Kraft Heinz Trainee- you're hand-selected by our US Executive Leadership team to participate in a 10-month immersive rotational program that will allow you to make a real and genuine contribution from the start

During your 10-month program you will join a class of other ambitious Trainees to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders- travel to all areas of our organization to see exactly how the Mac and Cheese get made- and have multiple opportunities to work directly in our business. As a Kraft Heinz Trainee you will be adding value as a full-time employee from day one- doing real work- and delivering real results.

At the conclusion of the 10-month program- Kraft Heinz Trainees will be placed into functions across our company where they can add immediate value.

The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program is divided into 4 function-specific tracks from which you can launch your career journey at Kraft Heinz. These tracks are designed to guide placement following the program.

• Marketing / Sales Track - you could be a part of Brand Management- Category Management- Shopper Marketing- Retail Sales- Innovation- & Consumer Insights
• Operations / Manufacturing Track – you could work in Procurement- Supply Chain- Logistics- S&OP- Quality- Food Safety- Engineering- and Manufacturing
• Corporate – you could make an impact in Finance- Accounting- Revenue Management (Pricing)- People & Performance- & Learning & Development
• R&D/Quality Track – including Quality- Food Science- Engineering- Research & Development- and Packaging

• You have an excitement for setting and delivering against personal goals and massively over-delivering
• You bring positive energy to every interaction and project
• Being hungry- yet humble comes naturally
• Working hard and being driven is what has gotten you where you are
